This giant is our most popular vacation/2nd home floor plan. At over 5500 sq. ft. the main floor has 2 master bedrooms with lavish master baths. This is by far the best entry level floor plan we've ever seen. At 2350 sq. ft. it has a very desirable split bedroom floor plan. The master bath has a seperate tub and shower. Best of all we can build this plan for $160,000-$175,000 depending on finish material.
